Hygiene
Our studio follows a strict sterilising process that goes above what is required:

1) I hand wash all instruments and jewellery.

2) They are placed in a sterilsafe cold sterilisation unit.

3) After being left for 20 minutes, I then place the items one by one in the ultrasonic.

4) The items are then bagged and put into the vacuum autoclave and remain there until the cycle is complete.

Pricing

We charge on average £18.00 a piercing, which is enough to cover ALL costs and also leave us a profit at the end to pay for the expertise put into the piercing.

We do not believe in over charging but do believe that everyone should be able to afford to get pierced :)

PTFE v STAPLE BARS

We now give customers the choice as to weather they want piercing with PTFE or a staple bar. We also explain the PRO'S and CON'S of each.

Staple bars are specifically designed for surface piercings as they can slow down migration/ rejection due to the pressure being taken off the entrance and exit holes.

PTFE is a lot lighter and has NO nickel in at all, so is better for people with severe metal allergies. It is also flexable so more suited to certain areas of the body.
